Delete a 1Love account

The app has not launched publicly and there are currently no approved public member accounts. This email route is available for future internal test accounts.

Request deletion

Email support@1love-dating.de from the address used for the account.
Provide only “Delete account” and the registered email address.
Confirm through the separate return channel. Never send a password or one-time code.

Planned scope

After secure confirmation, access and the profile are disabled and account, photos, likes, matches, messages, location, verification and support data are removed from active systems. Records required by law or for security remain restricted and only for a defined period. Any store subscription must also be cancelled in the relevant store.

Before public launch, this process will be tested end to end across database, photo storage, search index, processors, caches and backups.
