Child safety standards
1Love is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are strictly prohibited.
What we prohibit
- Accounts, profiles, or interactions involving minors.
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual exploitation.
- Requesting, creating, storing, sharing, or linking to CSAM.
- Concealing a child's age or identity.
How to report concerns
Users can report a profile or content in the app through “Report” and the category “Concern about child safety or a minor”. Our child safety contact is also available at support@1love-dating.de.
Never download, forward, or email abuse material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services.
How we respond
We review reported violations, remove prohibited content, restrict or suspend affected accounts, preserve required evidence, and report confirmed cases to the appropriate authorities as required by law. We protect the reporting person's identity where possible.
